Orders on our website are welcome.


You will receive a email to confirm your order.


A customer service representative will contact you to confirm your order including delivery cost and your credit card number prior to the order being shipped.



Return Policy

All damage and shortage claim should be made within 3 days of the receipt of the goods at the exception of custom made products.

Custom made products are considered final sale and are not exchangeable or refundable.
No cancellation on custom order after 3 days. We will supply a quote for any repair or change in size.

Please call Chéné-Sasseville customer service at 1.800.463.1237 for all claims, to receive a return number.

You may return non wanted merchandise bought at Chéné within 3 days of delivery most new, unopened unused, like-new, 100% saleable condition and in original manufacture packaging with all labels and or stickers attached.  Non wanted merchandise return fee is at the charge of the customer.

We send Canpar pick up tag if the return is the result of our error (incorrect or defective item).   Read our full Return Policy for information and for further details and policy exceptions.

A copy of the packing slip with return number received from customer service must accompany all returns.

A refund will be issued to the original credit card within 1-2 billing cycles. No refund or exchange on any custom made order.
